70lb Goblet squats 4sets 8repsI'm pleased to say that at 28 weeks, lifting and all related exercises are going great! With an additional 22lbs added to my frame, I've actually been able to increase some areas of strength. Pushups have improved and my squat, deadlift and bench have all gone up. Chinups and pullups are stalled but I'm determined to at least maintain, if not increase strength in this area.
The fact that you did that many weighted sit-ups at 27weeks makes you my hero. :) You are a rockstar!
